YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law you may cancel your purchase and return it within 7 days of receiving it, provided the product has not been used.

CONDITION

The item must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging with any tags attached.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, email [email protected] with a photo within 3 days of delivery. We collect it at our cost and replace it or refund it in full.

WHO PAYS RETURN SHIPPING

The customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong — in that case we cover it.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of the item reaching us.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products made to your own specifications or personalised with your name or design, and gift cards.

Oud, bakhoor, fragrance oils and candles once the packaging has been opened.

HANDMADE PIECES

Ceramics, pottery, brass and other handmade items differ slightly from one another in colour, grain and finish. This variation is part of how they are made and is not a defect.

CHANGING AN ORDER

An order cannot be changed once it has been prepared or shipped.
